Midwifery Packages

"We wanted a home birth and our local hospital had suspended the home birth service. What we didn’t realise is that we were booking so much more than that. The care we have received antenatally, during birth and postnatally from our midwife, Amie Elliott, has been gold standard."

It’s about building trust, feeling safe, and having a midwife who is present, responsive, and truly invested in you and your experience.

The complete Package

Care from positive pregnancy test

From the moment you book, you'll have an experienced independent midwife who truly gets to know you, understands what's important to you, and provides personalised care every step of the way. You'll never need to repeat your story or navigate decisions alone.

Your care begins in early pregnancy from positive test, with regular home appointments tailored to you and your baby's unique and individual needs. Alongside your antenatal care, your package includes private booking blood tests, 28-week blood tests and 36-week blood tests, allowing much of your routine care to take place in the comfort of your own home.

As your pregnancy progresses, we'll spend time preparing for your baby's birth together through dedicated one-to-one antenatal education, personalised birth planning, and honest, evidence-based conversations. Whether you're planning a home birth or hospital birth, you'll have the time, space and support to explore your options, make informed decisions, and feel confident in your choices. Whenever needed, I'll liaise and advocate with your NHS maternity team to help ensure your wishes are heard and respected.

From 37 weeks, I'll be on call for your birth, with WhatsApp support available seven days a week throughout your pregnancy whenever you need reassurance, guidance or simply someone who knows your journey.

When labour begins, I'll remain by your side, providing continuous care, clinical expertise and calm, compassionate support throughout your birth. Whether you choose to give birth at home or in hospital, you'll have an experienced advocate who knows you, your preferences and your birth plan. If you're planning a home birth, you'll also have access to a birth pool, TENS machine and birth comb to help create the environment that feels right for you.

Your care doesn't end once your baby arrives. During your first month as a new family, I'll continue to visit you at home, providing around eight postnatal visits, supporting your recovery, your baby's wellbeing, and your feeding journey—whether you're breastfeeding, bottle feeding, expressing or combination feeding. You'll also have ongoing emotional support and practical guidance as you settle into life with your baby.

This package is designed for families who want more than appointments. It's for those who value genuine relationships, exceptional continuity of care, and the confidence that comes from having one trusted independent midwife beside them throughout one of life's most important journeys.

Investment of £9,250

A detailed breakdown of everything included in this package is provided on enquiry, allowing you to explore the service in full and decide whether it's the right fit for you and your family.

Please note there is a travel surcharge for clients living more than 50 miles away

"I was lucky enough to have Amie as my private midwife. I couldn’t fault her. She was there for my family and I every step of the way. I felt extremely comfortable and safe in her hands. Nothing was ever too much. Not only was she there for me professionally, but also personally as well. She got to know us as a family, our dynamics and worked around us; everything you would expect from a private midwife."

The birth Package

Care from 30 weeks of pregnancy

Many families discover independent midwifery later in pregnancy, often after realising they want more personalised care, greater continuity, or a different experience for the final weeks before meeting their baby. Whether you've been feeling disappointed by your maternity care, your circumstances have changed, or you've only recently discovered that private maternity care is an option, this package has been thoughtfully designed to provide dedicated support from 30 weeks onwards.

From 30 weeks, you'll have your own experienced independent midwife who takes the time to truly know you, understand your wishes, and provide personalised, relationship-based care for the remainder of your pregnancy. You'll never need to repeat your story, and you'll always have someone who understands your journey and supports your decisions.

Your care includes regular home appointments tailored to you and your baby's individual needs, alongside your routine 36-week blood tests, which can be carried out in the comfort of your own home. Every appointment is unhurried, giving you the time and space to ask questions, explore your options and feel genuinely listened to.

Together, we'll prepare for your baby's birth through dedicated one-to-one antenatal education, personalised birth planning and honest, evidence-based discussions. Whether you're planning a home birth, hospital birth or planned caesarean birth, I'll help you understand your choices, navigate your maternity care with confidence, and advocate for your preferences whenever needed by working alongside your NHS maternity team.

From 37 weeks, I'll be on call for your birth, with WhatsApp support available seven days a week throughout your care whenever you need reassurance, advice or simply someone who already knows you and your pregnancy.

When labour begins, I'll remain by your side, providing continuous support, clinical expertise and calm reassurance throughout your baby's birth. Whether your baby is born at home or in hospital, you'll have an experienced independent midwife who knows your birth plan, understands what's important to you, and is there solely to support you. If you're planning a home birth, you'll also have access to a birth pool, TENS machine and birth comb to help create the birth environment that feels right for you.

After your baby arrives, our relationship continues. During your first month together as a family, I'll visit you at home for around eight postnatal appointments, supporting your recovery, your baby's wellbeing and your feeding journey—whether you're breastfeeding, expressing, bottle feeding or combination feeding. You'll also have ongoing emotional support, practical guidance and reassurance as you settle into life with your new baby.

This package is designed for families who want to experience the benefits of continuity of care during the final weeks of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. Whether you've recently discovered independent midwifery or are simply looking for the personalised support you've been missing, you'll have one trusted midwife beside you when it matters most.

Please note:

This package is available to book from around 28 weeks of pregnancy and is offered subject to my availability. If you're considering independent midwifery care later in pregnancy, I encourage you to get in touch as early as possible so we can discuss your due date, explore your options, and determine whether I have availability to support you.
